-
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we do. Shipping costs for the USA will be shown at checkout. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order may vary depending on the size and material of the print. On average, it takes 3-5 weeks for the artwork to be produced, and an additional 1 week for shipping and delivery. Once the artwork is ready to ship, we will provide you with a tracking number and send you an email with all the details. This way, you can stay informed about the status of your order and have a better idea of when to expect it.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase and providing a tracking number. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and add "George@GeorgeJaimes.com" to your contacts. If you still need help finding your order confirmation and tracking number, please contact us; we'll be happy to help. -
Do you accept returns?
Only if the piece has been damaged during shipping. All shipments are labeled "handle-with-care" and insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, just send us a picture(s) of the damage, and we will replace it ASAP. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and have never had a return related to the quality of the artwork. Our limited edition pieces are made to order, signed, numbered, and come with a certificate of authenticity. If a refund is requested and approved (under extraordinary circumstances), in that case, the return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
What should I do if I receive a damaged print?
We understand the importance of delivering your art in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged (due to the shipping handling), please feel free to contact us. Simply send us a photo of the damaged print and its packaging, and we will promptly arrange to replace it. We strive to ensure that every piece of art we deliver arrives in perfect condition, and we will appreciate your understanding in these rare situations.

Is the art signed?
Each Limited Edition piece features a digitally embedded signature and numbering on the front of the Artwork and a signed certificate of authenticity attached to the back.
For artworks printed in Museum Quality Paper, the signed certificate will be provided in a self-adhesive envelope to stick to the back of the matting.
How large/visible is the signature on the artwork?
The signatures and limited edition numbering on the artworks are small and subtle, located in either the upper or lower corner of the piece. On some artworks, the signature and numbering may be hidden as a playful token. Keep in mind that the size of the signature and numbering shown on the website may be larger for visualization purposes.
What if I can't find the signature on my Artwork?
If the signature is not located at any of the corners in your Artwork, it may be hidden as a playful easter egg. Simply get your smartphone close to the certificate of authenticity, and the attached NFC tag will display information about your piece, including the location of the signature on the Artwork.
